Survey Says Part II

I wanted to fill you in on the rest of the information I gathered from having you all take that survey a few weeks ago. (You can read part I of this post over here!) First of all, if you took the survey or took the survey + left comments, thank you so much. I've found this whole process to be really informative. If you have a blog + have considered posting a reader survey, I would definitely encourage you to do it!
And because every post deserves a pretty picture, check out the flowers currently hanging out on our table.
The only results we have yet to cover are the ones regarding content. I'll try to sum this up as neatly as I can! I got a handful of ideas for posts in the comments section - one of you recommended more posts devoted to stripes (genius), a few made the call for more knitting posts (YES), and several of you mentioned that you like Thomas and would like to hear from him some more. I suppose I can work with that. :)

Topics you love: My life, making a home, married life, and recipes/cooking. Topics you don't love: Knitting, life in Georgia, fashion. (And to the reader who said I should stop posting about my life/married life - tough nuggets. Sorry. And to my sisters who selected "life in GA" because you want me to move back, I'm on to you.) I should note here that the majority of you said you wouldn't change a thing! My Mom actually called and told me I had to make this question optional ;) Almost every one of you just encouraged me to keep going + keep doing what I'm doing. What a compliment!!

Encouraged by this feedback, I'm excited to keep moving with the ideas I've had for new posts. THANK YOU for reading + for liking what you see here. Thank you for all the kind things you said about me and my blog. It makes this whole blogging thing so much more fun to have you commenting, sharing, and giving feedback.

Nothing but love for you today, bloggies. :)
xoxo, Eliza

The last time I checked, this was YOUR blog. How can someone tell you not to post about your life/married life? lol.

I just created a survey for my blog and it's really interesting seeing the answers. Some of them are surprising.

Don't blog about married life? That's like telling Cookie Monster not to blog about cookies.

Keep on keepin' on, sister!

I agree that it's great to get suggestions, as long as you keep posting about the things YOU love! That's what blogging's all about!
